What to expect
Three things happen at every appointment

We ask what you've noticed — noisy places, the television, family voices — so the test answers the right questions.

Nothing is painful and nothing is invasive. Most people find it genuinely relaxing.

Results you can understand
Your audiogram is explained in plain language, on the day, by the person who tested you.

What happens during a hearing test?
A conversation first, then a series of comfortable listening tasks across the pitch range. You will be shown the equipment, told what each part is for, and given your results in plain language before you leave.
